The room next to mine is for two but five people were using that room. A bed was put against the common door that connects to both rooms. Every night there was movement on that extra bed causing that bed to bump against the door. I could not sleep at night. I called the office but nothing was done to correct tha banging against that door. Also the bath room floor had urine on it. I had to ask via text to mop the floor. I frequently travel and have never stayed in a dirty hotel/motel room like room 103. I initially request your office for an AirBnB but I was sent to that awful motel. I was in Austin to attend my brother’s funeral.
