This was the worst experience I've had reserving a room. We arrived after a ten hour drive to a hotel with no identification, no lobby, was booked in by a teller window outside a trashed lobby. I felt like it was prank or joke. We stayed anyway because it was late and we had nowhere else to go. Do not reserve a room here!!
