I reserved room through AAA website as a member. The options said pay at hotel. I put my card in to reserve. Drove 400 miles to Dallas and was told once I arrived that my reservation canceled due to my card declining. which, not sure why it would have or why it did, nonetheless I was not contacted via, email, phone, text nothing to let me know my payment didn’t go through so I could fix the issue. I drove 400 miles thinking I had a room to stay at just to show up and find out my reservation was canceled and they were booked for the night and said there was nothing they could do. The front desk clerk was very rude, showed no empathy or care and acted like I was a burden and needed to leave so she could help the next guest. Super disappointed!!!!
Room ro noisy because of freeway. Hard time sleeping.

I had a horrible experience, the room was very dated my first room was gross it was not cleaned there were dirty hand prints on the walls and had a horrible smell. My 2nd room was cleaner but the bathroom was full of mold and it had gnats really bad. The phone didn’t work, had to run all over for towels which were very dingy and stained. Would not recommend at all!. I would never stay there again.
