Hotel was very nice and staff assisted us quickly with check in. also the hotel appears to have had a face lift, very nice.
They stop the airport shuttle at 11 pm while other hotel shuttle are still running; this requires bus transport achoo the airport to a location available to taxis, Uber, etc and then a minimum $22 ride to the hotel. Night staff is unwelcoming, hotel is under construction, they couldn't find my reservation, said they were full & put me in a handicap room where the AC didn't work properly, no washcloth & the handheld shower didn't work. The shuttle to LAX was at either 9am or 10:15am, and the van was full with one passenger standing.

Room was nice. Only there because of layover so only had time to sleep and early rise to get to airport. Food was good, just not much variety.
