This hotel is conveniently situated in a business park and close to the interstate. All guest rooms are truly suites, with a nice living room area and a separate bedroom. The large atrium lobby offers many seating areas to gather with friends or read a book. Smoke free premises. 240 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

They were “overbooked” even though we paid for the room and there was a Guarantee Policy. Even though we traveled with an infant they didn’t care. Unprofessional. Distasteful. Will never go back and will take more actions to get my money back.
I would not recommend this hotel. Definitely overpriced for what you get. The room was outdated, the sofa was stained and smelly, and the front door had about a two inch gap between the door and the floor allowing for noise and smells to easily come into the room. Also, after I checked out and they handed me my final receipt, I was charged three additional separate charges throughout the day. When I called they said they were mandatory “$2.50 charges” for each day I stayed but they couldn’t tell me what the charges were for. I will not be staying here again.

For our purposes this Embassy Suites was great. The location is centrally located. Easy access to freeways. We had some difficulty with our navigation in the area so we were sent in circles. Not the hotels issue but something to be aware of. The room was nice, a little worn compared to other Embassy Suites we've stayed. Breakfast was always great. Clean. The Bar is nice but doesn't always stay open if there aren't enough people. Overall a great stay.
