The recently renovated hotel is less than a ten minute walk from the Spokane International Airport terminal and offers comfortable guest rooms with fresh décor, 55-inch streaming TVs and large desks. EV chargers are available. Smoke free premises. 93 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Hotel is under long term renovation. Room had no hot water. Front desk staff, once informed of the problem, didn’t know what to do. They stated that they would get a maintenance person to look into it and contact me. After an hour with no call back, I checked with them again. They once again had no answers and no idea if maintenance had even looked into the problem. After a while maintenance looked at it and told me that the hot water system in the building is missing a key part to work correctly and the room they gave me should have been off limits to assign. Maintenance also said only certain rooms had hot water and that front desk staff should have given me a different room. We both talked to the front desk personnel who assigned a new room and maintenance went to check if the new room had working hot water. The front desk staff took no responsibility and no initiative to give me a new room on their own accord. Completely incompetent staff. The only responsible person worth talking with was maintenance.

Totally enjoyed the experience. Room was clean and neat. Check in/out was fast. For the price, excellent service. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.
