We were on the first floor, which was great and close to amenities. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions. There were a few hiccups with power and water near the end of our stay, but the staff did their best to keep things running smoothly and ultimately, it did not affect us much.

I pulled the blankets back and got into bed. Under the fitted sheet was one of those plastic things under a deodorant stick's lid when you first open it. IN my bed. NOT mine. Also, very noisy guests and no one did anything about it. In the halls, chanting and cheering for hours during the day. We were doing theme parks at NIGHT so we were trying to sleep by day. And lastly, we were on the ground floor and our window had curtains that DIDN'T CLOSE. Just sheers between us and people in the parking lot. Thankfully we had a chip clip and used it to pull the stationary side curtains into the middle to cover the window to keep the sun out and allow us to change clothes unwatched by people in the parking lot.

My room was not ready and I had to move when it was ready.
