Everything was adequate. The. Only reason for us to stay was to be close to JFK at a hotel with an early shut. The location and shuttle were very convenient. We left at 4 am so we didn’t get coffee or breakfast.

The hotel charged me twice for the same night. The manager told me the second charge would drop off in a few days. It’s been 17 days and is still showing up. I stayed again at the hotel and asked the manager to call me. She never got back to me. Poor management!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this hotel based on the manager’s handling of this problem.
