Uncarpeted room floor was dirty.( Left footprints in the shower.) Room layout was nice and we were happy to have a ground floor room. No breakfast as advertised. Wi-Fi was down the last couple of days and they were unable to get it repaired. They have covered picnic tables in the courtyard and it was a nice place to eat dinner. Convenient location for accessing the Everglades
