Excellent place to stay at the mid to end of strip. Hotel staff was kind, courteous and attentive. Coffee Shop staff was amazing (& it’s gorgeous!) Security attentive at guest elevators, pool was constantly looked after and clean. Casino was nice, not as much of a Vegas Vibe (quieter and more relaxed that other casinos). Often hard to find a cocktail waitress as you gambled. Excellent place to stay
My friends and I loved our stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The location was minutes away from the action on the Las Vegas strip. All the locals kept telling us how it was the newest resort and it did not disappoint. The food in the food hall was delicious. El Bagel was a favorite for breakfast. The interior design was gorgeous with mirrors, art and gold everywhere. The pool daybed reservation service was easy and flexible when we had to cancel ours due to time constraints. The staff was courteous. The air conditioned rideshare pick up/drop off area was very much appreciated. We also loved how each floor had an ice maker and water dispenser for those hot Las Vegas days. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We felt like royalty at a luxury resort outside of the U.S.!
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservations because our family became very sick with COVID. Our AAA representative tried to get a refund for us, but the hotel refused. I suppose we could have stayed at the hotel and infected other guests, but that would have been irresponsible. I would suggest, for the good of the community, that refunds be allowed under these circumstances. The Fontainebleau is huge -- it has 3,466 rooms! It isn't a mom and pop motel with 10 rooms where a cancellation would seriously hurt their bottom line. We're very disappointed and would not recommend this establishment.
