This particular location is undergoing a total remodel and will be re-branded as Garner (IHG) upon completion. We were not told about the on-going construction/renovations when we booked - and as it was, the workers were at it until well after midnight - though the staff did warn us that the work would be going late during our initial check-in. Our stay was still pleasant despite the annoyance of late night construction work.
This is quite possibly the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. We could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to ours. We definitely weren't able to get any "quality" sleep.

A nice place to stay for the money. Rooms have laminate flooring instead of carpet. Staff was friendly and responsive. Decent breakfast offerings. One thing I did notice was that the elevator's operating certificate was expired by over a month - I mentioned it to the staff when I checked out of my room.
