The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. The full breakfast was good my grandson loved the mickey waffle machine the best. The room had a microwave and big refrigerator for a hotel room that was great since Walmart was probably less than a mile away. It was a great location for us we visited Seaworld and Discovery Cove. Lots of fast food and restaurants within a 3 mile area.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Ample parking. The front desk staff were great. They accommodated our request for early check-in, answered tons of questions, gave directions and information, and were just overall helpful and friendly. They spoke to us each time we passed through the lobby and were just genuinely nice people.
Awful experience! Upon arrival, hotel told me they were overbooked. They rebooked me at a partner hotel an hour away. Did not provide new hotel addresses or directions. Waiting for reimbursement.
