Entrance lighting, lights over bathroom sink and lamps next to couch did not work. Fixed next morning. We asked for the room to be cleaned upon leaving the next morning for a funeral. Room was not cleaned after we returned late that night. Called front desk and they brought towels. Carpet had dirty spots. Parking lot hadn’t been striped in who knows how long. Not as good as last time we stayed a few years ago.
BathRoom smelled like wet dog. Bed was super hard and the neighbors that had an attached door had a party until midnight, they left and came back and woke us all up at 3:45am being loud and rowdy again. When I told the front desk about it they said they knew who I was talking about and they apologized for the noise. Nothing else was done. Won’t stay here again. Hotel next door was much better, wish they weren’t fully booked or I would have stayed there instead. Positive was the nice river view.
