Front Desk employee Max was very friendly (everyone else was also). The room - including carpet - was clean; the mattress was very comfortable, the bathroom good sized and clean. Air conditioner kept room nice and cool despite 106F outside. The sink in the bathroom drained well - a welcome situation after so many hotels/motels we have stayed at have that plumbing issue. Hats off to the Maintenace crew.
