Because my check in was suppose to be 4:00 PM and I waited until 6:00 pm to get my room keys. Next morning I had no towels to shower I requested towels at 10am and didn’t get any u till 11 pm
They didn't tell me the blanket would be an extra charge. Other than that everything else was good.
The hotel was beautiful, neat UCSD and pet friendly.
