The staff was excellent and very helpful at all times . The check in staff got our rooms timely, the waiter at our lunch while we waited for our rooms was very helpful, the concierge staff was fantastic. The doormen helpful with directions. It was a perfect for our stay.

The room had a beautiful view of London and the London Eye. The bathroom was a little small and the idea of only half a door on the shower was strange. I believe that is why there was a huge stain on the carpet in front of the bathroom.
