This hotel is very bad they have more all around the toilet and bathtub in the restroom mow around the window seals The furnace blew out cold air all night no heat and both of my rooms

Elevator barely work, kitchen was under staff, carpet in room was dirty, not enough clean towels on hand very old in dirty. Tub was cranked in side. But overall comfortable stay, check in staff was great. But kitchen staff was rude

Booked the room through AAA and prepaid. However upon checkin the hotel did not have my payment. The person at checkin tried for a long while to find the information in her system but even after showing her the credit on my credit card app there was nothing she could do. So I had to add another room charge to my credit and now go through the dispute process. The hotel checkin attendant was very pleasant and tried her best to help me out. I appreciate her helpfulness and kindness.
