1. never heard of a hotel where you have to request for your room to be serviced. we pay more for the room and get less service. this is not acceptable. 2. we had to ask for towels and creme rise and shower gel and they brought the towels and left them on the sink and brought shampoo and left it on the sink. never emptied the trash. 3. we had to hunt down toilet paper 4. we did complain and the desk persons whom were very nice and after that they asked us if we wanted our room service.
