This hotel was chosen because it provided a shuttle to the airport. At check-in, we asked about the shuttle service and were told it started at 3:30 a.m., and ran every hour. When we checked out the next day to take the shuttle, it wasn't there. We were then told we were to have made a reservation. We explained that's NOT what we had been told. But even then, when the clerk called for the shuttle, they were told we forgot to make a reservation.
