Holiday Inn Exp Stes Florida City B

The hotel breakfast area had a place for warm entries with a specific place for eggs, bacon and sausages. During our six night stay these were never provided. They also had a healthy station identified as fruit. Not once was fruit provided. The hotels website raves about their hot cinnamon rolls and there was a place identified where these were supposed to be but again nothing during our entire stay. Worst was the Wednesday morning of our stay in which we went down and the breakfast area was completely closed. The only people present that morning were IHG hotel security who told us the hotel ownership had changed and the prior owner took all of the staff with them. We had to scramble and paid out our own pocket for breakfast and had to rush to make a tour we had booked for that morning. Finally staying six nights we only asked for housekeeping of our room to be done once st mid stay. Housekeeping was not done then.
