The hotel is in a great location so we could walk to nearby restaurants. We loved the Vermillion 45 restaurant (Italian & French foods - delicious) across the street. It was undergoing a remodel. There was a lot of construction in the lobby area, so it was dusty. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable; we had a view. Our room was recently updated. The bathroom floor could have used a good cleaning; there appeared to be tile glue and some permanent marks on the floor. The breakfast was good and the two staffers were efficient and friendly.
