Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean. The hot breakfast buffet was great. We had one problem. When we tried to get in our room, the card key wouldn’t work. This happened twice. When it happened the second time, the staff offered to move us to another room. We declined since we were leaving the next morning.

Need microwave in motel room

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was done well. However both elevators were inoperable and carrying luggage to the fifth floor for our senior citizens bodies was not pleasant. Also the closest working ice machine was on the second floor.
