THIS HOTEL IS CORRUPT. This hotel CANCELED our reservation without notice the day of arrival in late September. This reservation was confirmed and paid for in early July. The hotel agent claimed he had no such reservation regardless that I had a printed copy of the Booking Reference. Conversation directly with IHG confirms the above is true. BAD HOTEL OPERATOR. 👎They are an embarrassment to IHG and will get reprimanded by IHG. Based on our experience AND all of the similar reviews, they should be stripped of the Holiday Inn brand. We had to book a different hotel at a higher rate 30 miles away. AAA refunded our money for this hotel but we are still out the difference and had to travel an extra 120 miles going back and forth to attend our event. AVOID this hotel and be careful booking with any third party agent.
