The Ladies at Check-In Reception were wonderful. You get homemade chocolate chip cookies when registering. Very accommodating and will give you directions to any location you need i.e.Publix,restaurant,etc. Very cool glass elevator,awesome Keurig machine in room with coffee and tea;prepared packages with napkin,wooden stir,sugar,sugar substitute,cream. The beds are firm with gel top:I have back issues and the bed was very comfortable. The bedding plush and clean. Pillows wonderful-can't get those in a store!!! Dove toiletries which was nice. Bathroom a little outdated-low commode;slow drain tub when showering. Small things compared to other amenities. BTW-TV channels Plus Location perfect right off i75 and restaurants within walking distance and driving distance.

Good but no hot water in first room that they new was a problem. Moved 2 new room which was better . Would give this a4 out of 10,
