The hotel front desk was very accommodating with check in and check out, and the doormen were wonderful. We had a wonderful view of the empire state building from our room; there is coffee in the room, the beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. The hotel is very close to the theater district (obviously), and it is also close to Penn Stn (for anyone flying from JFK).
