Holiday Inn express never disappoints! It was amazing and clean. However, because I booked through AAA, I did not have access to all of the hotel amenities. I was informed by staff that when you book with AAA you receive a discount, but no longer have access to the breakfast, And other hotel amenities. If you want to pay an additional $30 a night and not use AAA, I could have access to those items. It is important that this get explained at the time of booking!

The individual hotel chains download their rates to our booking engine, and for some reason, IHG (Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc.) loaded rates with and without breakfast instead of just including it.
