The hotel is looking worn, example the wall paper is torn by the elevator, carpets look like they need cleaning and our bathroom had the center plug drain removed and there was some mold in the shower/ tub. The breakfast was great and the reception on Wed. is a nice touch. the location to wqalkable restaurants and Walgreens is outstanding.
