Homewood Suites by Hilton Sacramento Airport-Nato

I booked thru AAA website getting a phenomenal price. I needed a hotel near the Sacramento Airport with a shuttle service. We arrived early at the airport and called the hotel for the shuttle service. The driver came within minutes, was very friendly and got us to the hotel promptly. The lobby was clean and attractive. They even had a beautiful Christmas tree.Even though we were extremely early, the hotel staff worked hard to get our room ready early. They were very friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We had a I bedroom with kitchen which was fully stocked with cooking and eating implements. We had a quiet and comfortable night and slept well. We had an extremely early flight out and had made a shuttle appointment to the airport at the front desk when checking in. It was there at the appointed time and we easily caught our flight. I would definitely book a room here again.

From the moment my husband and I arrived the staff were more than accommodating and polite. There was a point when there was a miscommunication on the cleaning schedule (hotel staff prefer ether as needed service or a schedule) we have requested every other day and we had gotten skipped. But, as soon as I brought it to the staffs attention they immediately gave us fresh towels and clean our room the following day (it was late evening when we return to inform them). Additionally, the neighborhood surround the hotel was quiet (although being close to the highway) we didn't hear any noise and there was plenty of restaurant's and shopping near if you didn't have a vehicle to get around.
