There was no king suite for us - they tried to blame it on "third vendors".. The room we got was a small queen without a blanket, an air conditioner that turned off and then back on every 5 min. (we timed) and was exterely LOUD - impossible to sleep well. The sofa was like sitting on a hard back plastic chair. HORRIBLE. Other hotels had not vacancies so we had no choice but to stay. I was told by front desk the next morning that we were probably bumped because a diamond class person wanted a king suite - they need no advance notice and they get what they want even if bumping old people . We will never use again and neither should you.
