Hotel Giraffe by Library Hotel Collection

The staff at Hotel Giraffe were exceptionally nice and helpful! Everyone from the front desk, to the breakfast attendant, to the housekeeping staff greeted us with warm smiles throughout our 3 night stay. The only issue we had was that the top half of bathroom door was a textured glass that made our 21 year old daughter uncomfortable. One call to the front desk and they quickly sent someone to remedy that issue. Our room was clean, comfortable and convenient for our trip to attend the US Open. We booked a suite so that our daughter had her own space using the pull out sofa and she said she was very comfortable. My husband and I also slept very comfortably on the king bed. The daily housekeepers did an excellent job. There was also a beautiful rooftop patio. We will definitely be back!
