Our flight was delayed several hours meaning we did not arrive at the hotel until 1am. The front desk was waiting for us, made check in very easy so we could get to our room quickly. The next day at checkout we needed a taxi. The front desk called and within 10 minutes our taxi arrived. Very pleasant, helpful people. We would stay Hotel Port Royal again if we get back to Quebec City.
