Hotel Preston Nashville Airport

My parents and I were heading to Nashville for a wedding and we booked at the Hotel Preston for our stay. When we got to our rooms we didn’t notice much, other than the hotel has seen better days and is slowing falling apart. By the last day of our 5 day trip, what I thought was just a small dime size spot of discoloration in the tub turned into full black mold with patches of black mold on the ceiling. Not only that but my mothers room did not have a working deadbolt and our room cards deactivated 10 times in 5 days between the two of us. And on our last day a roach ran out from the bathroom door while I was getting ready. I included pictures of the bite marks I had gotten on portions of my legs that were covered with leggings every time I left the room so there was no way of me being bitten from outside. We tried to bring things to the staffs attention but that was met with us being blamed for things, having room keys tossed at us, and being yelled at by a front desk woman with a tattooed eyebrow. I tried to contact the supervisor, the manager and the GM several times while we were staying there to get room changes or fix the issues since the front desk crew would not but I just got sent to voicemail. I have called them now 4 more times since and nothing. Do not stay at this hotel. It was recently bought out by the Mariott and they are not taking care of it.
