Deadbolt didn’t work. Requested handicap accessible room, were initially give. Room on the 2nd floor. Then given room on first floor
Hotel front desk are great that’s the two stars for but the conditions of the hotel are worst i have been in a hotel, the bathroom and the ceiling are really bad we can hear all the footsteps and noises from the second floors on both rooms that I reserved.
Great value. Clean, safe, and excellent location. Our only problem was with the wifi. It basically was not working.

We stayed in the first floor and were able to hear EVERYTHING. From the footsteps above us to the room next t us arguing in the middle of the night. It really was frustrating and annoying to not be able to rest.
