I chose not to stay, even after paying for two nights. I left in about 10 mins after visiting the room given. The stench of marijuana existed throughout the place. The room was not cleaned, with hair in the bathtub, and water was all over the floor from the ice machine, next to the room. Even after they refused me a refund (10 mins there), I immediately went to another hotel. It was not a place to stay, and I will never again go there. I also did not feel safe with the crowd outside and the police responding to a matter next door to the hotel.

One star is too much considering that despite my reservation and confirmation they did not have a room to give me. This caused me to have to travel around New York for the next two and half hours, after midnight, to try to find somewhere to stay. No apology or attempt to help me.
