We were very disappointed in the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice especially the porters for the valet. The room was on the same floor as the pool and it was right outside our room. We couldn’t open our shade because people would be looking right in our room so we felt like we were in a cave. The room was worn and dated. We requested extra towels twice and never got them. Not like it was portrayed on the website. I am not sure why AAA would give this hotel such a good rating. Also the area around the hotel was not good and we did not feel safe walking around at night. Very disappointed.

The customer service was good. The hotel is old and the upgrades are a little sloppy. It’s in a safe area. For the price…you could pay a couple hundred more and get nicer accommodations. Parking is expensive at $35 per night.
