Should be NO STARS!!! Way overpriced Dump, Dirty, dingy, noisy, dark dated room and dirty bathroom. Cigarette butts & trash on upstairs walkways. Questionable uncouth persons wandering around early in the morning scantily clothed & still in stilettos. Place was dark and dirty. Overall in dirty deteriorating conditions and the worst customer service.
