Place was in perfect area we needed. Check in staff friendly. BUT………Left item behind and quickly called to let them know exactly what item was and where it was left in my room. Did not receive a response back after 2 messages. 2 days later received an email letting me know they did not have the item. Apparently the item was no where to be found. Not likely because I know exactly where I left the item. I did not lose it…. I forgot it… Not the response that I have experienced before. I have always had good response from hotel staff anywhere. I’ve left something. Never had an item just suddenly disappear shortly after checking out. Have alway had staff be honest and turn item in. This time not a good response or felt that staff really didn’t care much to talk to me. Unfortunately the item left behind was very valuable.. go figure🩷🩷🩷

Absolutely love this place. First time staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was awesome. Only thing is that we did not have enough towels for 3 of us. Met my expectations and more. One thing I did notice is that staff are there 24/7 we went to a concert and we’re back very late and they were helpful and greeted us ad we came in. We ordered food delivered at 1:30am and they were very gracious about that.

This is a good hotel in a good location. I would stay here again. The hotel appears to be relatively new. The rooms and public spaces are adequate and are well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has a swimming pool, similar to a lap pool, but the depth is shallow from about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 feet deep. There is a hot tub that can seat about eight people comfortably. Two concerns. One, there were many young children in the pool who were not monitored by parents or staff, so it was wild and loud. Two, the hotel allows dogs, and two or three dogs were left barking in the adjoining room while their owners were absent. The helpful front desk staff moved us to a different room.
