First time staying at this hotel and it was great. We were looking to be close to Universal Park and it definitely was close. Hotel has a ticket counter for purchasing tickets to Universal and Islands of Adventures. The front desk staff were great. Friendly. Quick to help with anything. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is a little snug to close the door. But the rest of the room and staff makes up for it. We will come back again. With more family members and friends.
