I called the hotel for the shuttle from the airport and no one answered the phone so I had to pay for a taxi. I called the number several times. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, no problem, they said they would text me when it was. We waited in the lobby 2 hours, no text. Checked at desk and they said oh yes, it’s been ready. Asked them why I didn’t get a text, they didn’t know. Guy behind me had the same issue, they didn’t text him either. The breakfast was “okay”. Not much to pick from, small room and very crowded. I would expect more from a Hyatt
Hotel is in walking distance of several restaurants and stores. They have transportation from the airport and to and from the cruise port. The rooms are very nice and they also have breakfast in the morning.
