The hotel staff was helpful at all times.
There were obvious stains on the couch and one bed had stains on the sheets and a large stain on the comforter. I asked for replacement linens for the bed, but they were only able to provide new sheets; they didn’t have an extra comforter.
Very rude when checking in. First room didn't have a small refrigerator nor any hangers in closet. Went to front desk and was told they don't have mini frig in rooms. However another person behind desk (who seemed like she had been there more than the other) said they did and would move us. That room had a horrible red stain in carpet and no towels. I asked housekeeping for some and was told they would bring in 20 minutes. We had to leave for a family meeting at funeral home and when we returned, no towels. Went to front desk and was given some. The hotel overall needs to be updated and cleaned or qet rid of the Hyatt Place name.
