This hotel is absolutely 'Excellent'!! The staff are amazing! Every single employee absolutely 'Shined'!! Including the hotel's maintenance and support staff!! One very, very special person (named Aisha) was beyond compliments...she will never be forgotten for her unselfish and devotion to this hotel and it's guests!! With her attitude and spirit...she should one day become a General Manager...truthfully!! Aisha is simply the BEST!! 5-stars to the Hyatt Regency, it's amazing staff...and particularly Aisha!!! We made an 'Excellent' choice when we booked this hotel for 2 nights/3 days!!

The hotel was quite nice, and the staff were good The shuttle to the airport was very good. The only problem I encountered, which I am still working out, is over charging. Initially they charged my credit card about $800 over the price of my one night stay. Now the charges are still double. It has been a week and a half. After calls and an email, I am still waiting. The only other problem was the bracket of the telephone shower head did not work, so the shower head just hung loose.
