J Patrick House And Inn

The inn has historic charm. The Tipperary room was ok. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The room has a beautiful bed, but the chairs were stained and cushions were worn out making the chairs uncomfortable to sit on them. The carpet was worn out and stained. Walls are not sound resistant so you can hear conversations of the neighboring guests. The cute decorative pieces were dusty throughout the room. I was most disappointed in the breakfast, which is the reason I chose to book a room at a Bed and Breakfast over a regular hotel room. I was under the impression there would be a large hot delicious breakfast served every morning with fresh juice but instead what I received was a continental breakfast in a box: a muffin, small slice of quiche, three small sausage links, a parfait, and boxed OJ.
