The Kixby is in a great location with comfortable rooms and some cool amenities like free reusable water bottles, available water & coffee 24/7, continental breakfast (for a small fee) and a rooftop lounge (weather permitting). I had a Queen size room and it was great. I loved being with in walking distance of so many subway stations, restaurants, and the like. Plus I had an amazing rate for Manhattan! One critique but I realize this things happen is that 1 elevator went down a lot and so it was harder to get to my high floor room when everyone is using just one elevator. But I get it, it's NYC and these things happen.
