This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in within the US. First was the Staff. Looked and rolled eyes. Never greeted us, just looked and rolled eyes. Did not welcome us or ask how they would help. I asked to use a rest room, and was told they did not have one, then upon informing them of the urgency of my need, I was told that it was broken. I was in an urgent state but had to check in before having access to a rest room. Clerks never explained things, not even to directions to our room (had to ask). Never greeted us in the morning, just looked and stared. Second was the eating area. The large trash cans in the eating area were nasty with food and coffee grounds on the rims of the tops !!! Never cleaned during the entire 4 night 5 day stay. Tables and eating areas were never wiped, until the last day (trash cans still nasty). I feel confident that the decaf coffee container contained regular coffee because I drink decaf or my mouth is sore. After drinking it the first day my mouth was sore for 3 days. Short of milk, regular coffee, knives, spoons. No one looking after area. Clerk just staring manner all those there. One morning there were two clerks and they used a lot profanity in their conversation, loud enough for all guest in the area to hear without regard to who was around. Room was clean, but the phone did not work, lights out, refrigerator did not work. Needed the room phone to work because there was a situation in next room with the guest auguring and stomping from 3 - 3:45 AM one morning. It was loud. I was afraid to leave the room and did not have a number for the desk, and of course the room phone did not work. One of the lights were out over the vanity in the bathroom. When we first arrived, I went out to get us some beer, just to find that the refrigerator did not work when I came back. Ask front desk for another ice container to ice the beer and was told they did not have another. Never any maid service, not even to supply toilet paper (only 1 roll for 4 night stay), towels, or tissue. We had to use tissue since toilet paper ran out. It would have been a nice courtesy to be informed that there would not be maid service and we would need to retrieve supplies as needed from the front desk since no extra supplies would be available in the room. Outside was in a state of disrepair. Should have noticed and left, but I had to relieve myself. Walkways were dirty with dripping of some sort in most areas of the facility, nothing that a washing could not have resolved, but could have made the state more pleasant. It was on most walkways throughout the complex. Some areas were in bad need of painting, doors that the last color of paint showing through due to paint coming off, and some arears seem to have needed some paint for some time and seem to be in a state of possible rotted wood, and some areas that just a cleaning could have resolved. It's too bad that this hotel with a good location was in such better shape two years ago was in such a bad state of repair, and had such bad staff.

I cancelled upon arrival prior to my cut off time. Hotel is in bad shape. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would suggest removing from your list.
