A bad customer service, no housekeeping help

Loud noise, bathroom shower head leaking, tub drain clog, bathroom door unable to close.

Hotel property looked run down. We had a long wait to check in, because there was only one person at the front desk. When we got to our 1st room, the passkey didn't work. Someone came to assist, and told us the lock was broken, and it was previously known and the room was not supposed to be used. We were then assigned to a different room. When we arrived to the 2nd room, it smelled awful - like cigarette smoke and mildew. My brother also saw what looked like a drug transaction in the parking lot. We checked out immediately.

Broken window to rooms off courtyard, dark areas to walk on stair, open to public access from street. People loud late into the night. Staff was friendly, breakfast was acceptable.
