The hotel, rooms and staff were excellent. I was very disappointed by the limited (cold) breakfast options. That was an important reason for returning to this hotel with our family.

I have an overall favorable response to our experience there. In particular, the desk staff was very helpful. Shortly after we got into the room we were assigned, we discovered that the tub/shower wouldn't work for my wife's orthopedic difficulty. We should've requested a handicap room in advance. But we contacted the desk and they immediately told us to come and pick up a key to a different room, one which solved the shower problem nicely. I had several productive conversations with desk staff about eating places and about the quickest route to the airport.
