As soon as you walked in there is a smell that goes through out the hotel. Very strong smell. Had to sleep with the windows open. As for an extra pillow and was told they didn’t have any. Had to pay $45 extra just to park in their lot.

Do you know that this location is no longer a hotel ? It’s been taken over by the New York government as a refugee homeless shelter?I made my booking back in December and it became a homeless shelter in January!! NO EMAILS FROM La Quinta by Wyndom I was a senior citizen nearly stranded on the sidewalks of Brooklyn in a not so great neighbourhood until a New York State National Guard helped me find a hotel opening nearby !!!And I’m not the only one , I found out from a QM2 crew member that there were THERE OTHER senior citizens on the ship that the same thing happened to ! THREE ! I can’t believe that Wyndham would leave people out in the cold like that !?!!??? The hotel was taken over in JANUARY and this was August with NO WORD OR WARNING A HOW COME AAA IS KEEPING TRACK OF THESE HOTELS FOR ITS AAA CUSTOMERS ??? All I can say is ***** wyndam and AAA for putting us in such a horrible position!!! You should all be sued !!!!!
