I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work on my floor, so I had to take the stairs each time I left my room. The bathroom had a horrible smell when we opened the door. There were hair ties on the floor when we walked in. The ac never cooled the room and I had it set on 68 and it stayed above 72. The lead housekeeper was very friendly and did try to help, but ultimately told me I would have to take the stairs.
