Roach infested room. Awake all night. When they responded to my letter of complaint they said they would take care of the problem. Taking care of the problem AFTER my stay does me no good. No refund offered for a sleepless night. I mean isn’t that what a hotel is for, to provide a safe and clean night of rest after traveling all day? They in effect said, we’ll try to fix it for the next guy but you still have to pay us for what we provided to you in the way of service. So I ask, what did you provide for my $150.

Awful-dirty Gross Won’t ever stay again
Our room smelled horrible of pets. I asked the gal at the front desk if there was something that could be done and she offered me what she thought was fabreeze, The room was dated, banged up, chair was worn, and dirty carpet. The walls were in need of repair, black stains on some towels. Front desk clerk at check in was helpful, morning clerk & breakfast staff were very unfriendly. It was ridiculous
