Poor service at check in Out of milk and syrup for breakfast
Noisy location! Toilet needed a new flapper and flushed when not flushed. Big enough room and clean. No luggage rack to place suitcase up off the floor, standard item in every hotel I've ever been in.
Toilet was lose, volume on Tv/remote didn’t work, the microwave was missing carousel, the refrigerator froze our food knob didn’t exit, bathroom floor was not clean
